We try to offer as many products as possible that are made from recycled materials. We also recycle our own shipping boxes, and shred old newspapers and paper to fill boxes.

We give priority to products that are made in Europe. These do not have to travel all over the world before they are delivered to your home. This saves a lot of CO2 emissions.

We do not want any harmful substances in products for the health of your dog, but also for nature. Think of microplastics and parabens.

Our products are proven to be free of child labor and other abuses. To make this even better, there are products that are made with people who are distanced from the labor market. These people love to contribute to society and find pleasure and social contact here.

We strive to ensure that no care product is tested on animals in a nasty way. Better, right?

Your order will be shipped in a recycled box with paper tape and sustainable padding. We also drive an electric car to deliver the orders.

We charge shipping costs for returns. This is to prevent a lot of returns, which means the post has to make an extra trip. If you have any doubts about a product, you can always app or email us. We are happy to help you with, for example, finding the right size!
