Submit a return request

1. Click on the profile icon in the shop menu or go to account.livinhorseshop.com

2. Log in to your account: Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue." Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code. Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.

3. Click "Request a return" for the order you want to return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return. Select a reason for the return and add a comment.

4. Click on 'Request return'.

If your return request is approved (within 1 to 2 days), you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
